Overview of activities |
|
The activities of the CWPCS are very diverse: organization of conferences; consultations; lectures; publishing activity; informing its members about all relevant events in Croatia and abroad in the field of water management, legislation, and new technologies. Special attention and assistance are given to smaller communities and associations which do not have sufficiently competent personnel to solve their problems.

- Study tours with visit to modern plants and equipment: Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerlan, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary, etc.
- Public debates on water management: Bjelovar, Virovitica, Varazdin, Cakovec, Pozega, Garesnica, Vinkovci, etc.
- Professional conferences on the methods and experience in wastewater treatment - Trakoscan; held every year in the period from 1993 to 1998
